ADDERLink X Dual
The ADDERLink X Dual Video is designed with Cat6 in mind. The X Dual is a sophisticated extender ideal for dual display extension applications.
Featuring auto bandwidth adjustment and skew reporting for today's challenging Cat6 structured cable systems, the ADDERLink X Dual is designed to control a PC or KVM switch remotely over UTP cable. The Dual transmits two video signals together with keyboard and mouse to work as either an extender or a video splitter, and is future proof due to flash upgradeability via the keyboard port.

For multiple video head operation, the X-USB may be used together with other X-Series modules. For local access at the computer end, the X-USB may be coupled to an ADDERView Prism. The local keyboard and mouse may then be plugged into spare USB slots on the computer. If the cable used has a high twist rate difference, some colour split may be seen on the picture if the cable is long. This may be removed using the X-SKEW skew compensation unit.
